Marielle Rubeor, LCSW-C
My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can talk openly about what they’re going through. Together, we work to understand patterns, develop practical coping tools, and move toward a life that feels more stable, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
A graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work, I’m a therapist who specializes in working with individuals navigating substance use and trauma. I began my career in Baltimore City in an outpatient substance use treatment program, where I served as the lead social worker for a clinical team. In that role, I worked closely with people at many different stages of recovery and learned how important it is to create a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.
Since then, I’ve continued my work in outpatient settings, deepening my experience helping people make sense of difficult experiences and build healthier ways of coping. I understand that substance use and trauma are often connected, and I approach this work with compassion, curiosity, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.
